Service 01
Post-frame construction is what VGC does most — pole barns, ag buildings, shops, garages, storage, riding arenas, and everything in between.
Because the structure rides on embedded posts instead of a poured perimeter foundation, post-frame goes up fast, opens up wide clear spans, and typically costs less per square foot than a stick-built alternative.

A barndominium — "barndo" for short — is the shell of a post-frame or steel building finished out as a full-time home.
You get the wide-open interior, tall ceilings, and low cost-per-square-foot of a barn combined with the finished living space of a house. Ramon and the VGC crew handle both the shell and the interior build-out, so your barndo is one project, not five.
Service 03
Steel buildings are the right call when you need long clear spans, minimal upkeep, or a commercial-grade shell. VGC handles pre-engineered metal buildings for shops, warehouses, storage, and small commercial projects.
We coordinate the kit, the foundation, the erection, and the finishes so you have one contractor accountable end-to-end.

Framing is the skeleton of everything else. Ramon started in framing and it shows: square walls, plumb corners, straight roof lines, no shortcuts on the details you can't see once the drywall goes up.
We handle residential framing, remodel framing, and full turn-key framing packages for other GCs who need it done right the first time.

Siding is where a building starts to look like the finished photo in your head. VGC installs board-and-batten, lap siding, metal panels, and the trim work that makes it all sit right.

A barndominium (or “barndo”) is a home built inside the shell of a post-frame or steel building. You get the wide-open interior of a barn with the finished living space of a house — often at a lower cost per square foot than traditional construction.
Most straightforward post-frame shops or barns take 4–8 weeks from breaking ground to finished shell, depending on size, weather, and site prep. Full barndominium interiors add more time — we give you a realistic timeline before we start.
